1. Commitment

SCT WebCare 360 aims to provide accessible use on desktop and mobile and to improve compatibility with assistive technologies over time. This page is not a claim of absolute standards compliance unless a formal audit has confirmed it.

2. Measures

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
• Labelled forms and understandable errors.
• Logical semantic structure and correct page language.
• Zoom without disabling user scaling.
• Alternative text for images where appropriate.
• Keyboard-accessible menus, modals, authentication, MFA and payment where technically possible.
• Video player with controls, poster and responsive mobile layout.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party interfaces, such as Stripe Checkout/Customer Portal, are provided by their operators. Advertiser-uploaded content may also have varying accessibility. The Platform controls its own components and may impose content rules where appropriate.

4. Report an issue

Report an accessibility problem to sct@sctwebcare360.com and include the page, browser/device, assistive technology if relevant and a description. The Platform will seek a reasonable solution.
