1. Scope
These terms govern professional subscription payments for SCT WebCare 360 and supplement the Terms of Use, Price List and Subscription Terms.
2. Currency, price and source of truth
Catalogue prices are in EUR. Verified country + plan + billing interval determine the pricing region and Stripe Price server-side. Browser data cannot alter amount, currency, pricing region or tax treatment.
3. Belgian VAT and EU reverse charge
- Belgian business: catalogue prices are VAT-inclusive and include 21% Belgian VAT. For example, EUR 55 means EUR 55 total, not EUR 55 plus 21%.
- Verified EU business outside Belgium: the regional catalogue total remains unchanged; where reverse-charge conditions are met, Belgian VAT collected is 0. The catalogue total is not reduced by 21%.
- Non-EU: tax treatment depends on country and status. VIES is not used for third countries and manual review may be required.
4. Pre-payment verification
Before a Checkout is created, the Platform may require legal name, country, enterprise number, Tax ID/VAT, billing address and professional email. EU VAT may be checked through VIES. A temporary VIES outage is not treated as an invalid number; payment remains blocked until verification can be completed.
5. Stripe
Payments use Stripe Checkout with the methods made available at checkout. The Platform does not store full card details. Strong customer authentication (3DS/SCA) may be required.
A subscription is not activated solely because the success page is displayed. Subscription state is updated from verified server-side Stripe events.
6. Belgian structured e-invoicing
Where Belgian law requires structured B2B e-invoicing between Belgian VAT-registered businesses, the Operator issues or arranges a structured invoice through Peppol or another legally compliant agreed channel where permitted. A PDF may be supplied as a readable representation but does not replace the structured invoice when the latter is mandatory.
7. Failed payment and grace period
If payment fails, Stripe and the Platform may retry and notify the business. The current system provides a 7-day grace period for certain past_due states, subject to the actual Stripe status and billing workflow. Paid features and visibility may be suspended when the applicable period expires, without automatically deleting the account.
8. Refunds and errors
Except where required by law, due to a technical error, duplicate charge or an upheld complaint, B2B payments are not automatically refunded for a service period already provided. Requests are assessed based on the facts, Stripe history and these terms.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback is not a normal cancellation. The Operator may suspend paid functions, preserve evidence and respond to the payment provider while respecting applicable law.
