1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern access to SCT WebCare 360, a European advertising and visibility platform intended exclusively for professional users. They apply to business accounts, profiles, ads, images, videos, reviews, subscriptions, payments, reporting tools and moderation features.
If, despite this restriction, a person is legally entitled in a particular situation to mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude those mandatory rights.
2. Operator and contact
The Platform is operated by SPEC CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIE SRL, enterprise number 0844.731.626, VAT BE 0844.731.626, registered at Chaussée de Roodebeek 206, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium. General contact: sct@sctwebcare360.com.
Current legal identification details are permanently available on the Contact and company details page.
3. Account creation, verification and security
- The business must provide accurate, current and complete information, including legal name, country of registration, enterprise number, billing address and, where applicable, VAT/Tax ID.
- The Platform may verify the existence and professional status of a business before payment and activation. EU VAT numbers may be checked through VIES. Non-EU countries use available national mechanisms or manual review.
- Roles, access rights, resource ownership, plan limits and subscription status are determined server-side. No role or entitlement can be obtained by changing browser data or local storage.
- The business is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. The Platform may require MFA/TOTP, session controls, trusted devices and enhanced security checks.
4. Plans, term and limits
| Plan | Active ads | Images / ad | Videos | Video length |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 1 | 3 | 1 | max. 15 seconds |
| Pro | 3 | 10 | 1 | max. 20 seconds |
| Premium | 4 | 15 | 2 | max. 20 seconds each |
Limits are enforced server-side from the active subscription. Visibility and statistics features are those shown in the Price List when the subscription is purchased. No plan guarantees a number-one position, leads, customers or revenue.
5. Prices, VAT, tax verification and payment
Prices are selected by the server-side catalogue based on the verified billing country, plan and monthly/yearly interval. The browser does not determine the price, pricing region, tax treatment or Stripe Price ID.
- Belgium: the catalogue price includes 21% Belgian VAT. VAT is not added on top of the displayed total.
- Verified business in another EU Member State: the applicable regional catalogue total remains payable; where the legal conditions are met, Belgian VAT collected is 0 and reverse charge applies. The catalogue total is not reduced by 21%.
- Non-EU: VIES is not used. Tax treatment depends on the country, Tax ID type and applicable rules; manual review may be required.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider expressly identified. The Platform does not store full card details. Subscription rights are activated or extended only on the basis of verified server-side events, not merely because a success page is displayed.
6. Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. The yearly plan provides 12 months of access for the catalogue price corresponding to 10 monthly charges.
A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access may be restricted earlier in cases of fraud, abuse, security incidents, illegal content or serious breach of these Terms.
7. Ads, images and videos
- The advertiser warrants that ads, images, videos, logos, trademarks, text and links are lawful, accurate and used with all necessary rights.
- Videos undergo technical checks, transcoding and the Platform moderation workflow. Number and duration limits depend on the plan.
- Content being processed, pending, rejected, hidden or suspended is not intended to be publicly accessible.
- A material edit to an ad or replacement of a video may trigger a new review.
8. Prohibited content and advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is legally responsible for the content it publishes and for its professional activity. Content must comply with the law applicable in the target countries and the Publication Rules.
- Prohibited categories include pornography and sexual services, dating/companionship services, unlawful gambling, tobacco/vape/nicotine where prohibited by Platform policy, drugs, weapons and dangerous goods, scams and unauthorised finance, counterfeit/stolen goods, unauthorised medical services and fake therapies, phishing/malware/impersonation, hate/extremism/incitement to violence, manifestly illegal content and infringement of third-party rights.
- The Platform may refuse, hide, remove, suspend or restore content according to law, its policies and moderation outcomes.
9. Platform role and moderation
The Platform provides a technical and advertising service and is not a party to contracts between advertisers and their customers. Moderation is not an endorsement, quality guarantee or legal validation of an advertiser’s business.
The Platform may use technical controls, human review and, in the future, automated assistance as described in its Moderation Policy. It does not assume a general obligation to monitor all information or actively search for illegal activity.
When it receives a sufficiently precise notice of potentially illegal content, or otherwise gains relevant knowledge, it may take appropriate action including hiding, removing, preserving evidence, suspending or blocking an account.
10. Reports, decisions and appeals
Any person may use the reporting mechanisms for illegal content or rule violations. Reports may receive a case identifier where supported.
Where a decision affects content or an account, the Platform may communicate the main reason, measure applied and available appeal options. An internal appeal route is offered as a contractual Platform policy without prejudice to external remedies that may apply.
11. Reviews and interactions
Reviews must reflect a lawful experience or opinion and may not be fake, purchased, defamatory, hateful, threatening or spam. A business may reply only to reviews about its own profile. The Platform may moderate, hide or remove reviews and keep a decision history.
12. Availability, maintenance and changes
The Platform aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance, security, hosting, incidents, updates or force majeure. Features may evolve, provided that paid rights are not arbitrarily removed during an active paid period except for legal or security reasons.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for the quality, price or performance of advertisers’ products or services, contracts concluded outside the Platform, lack of sales or leads, or damage caused by an advertiser’s own activity.
The advertiser is responsible for third-party claims arising from its content, products, services or rights infringements and shall indemnify the Operator to the extent legally permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to the Terms
Each material version is identified by a version number and effective date. Material changes are communicated appropriately. The system may record the accepted version and acceptance date for contractual evidence.
16. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory rules that apply. In professional relationships, the competent courts of Brussels may be designated subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
The French version is the reference version. In case of discrepancy with the Dutch or English translation, the French version prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
