1. Objectives
Moderation protects users, advertisers, third parties and the Operator, enforces law and Platform rules, and maintains a professional environment.
2. Methods
The Platform may combine technical controls, human review and, if later enabled, automated assistance. Review may occur before or after publication depending on content type and risk. The current technical flow may require pre-publication review for certain ads or videos.
Voluntary moderation does not create a general duty to monitor all information or actively investigate all potentially illegal activity.
3. Statuses and measures
- Draft / processing / pending review.
- Approved and public.
- Rejected with a reason.
- Hidden or immediately unpublished.
- Suspended or blocked.
- Restored where the decision is reversed and required files still exist.
4. Videos
Video processing includes technical checks, thumbnails, a worker queue and moderation. Administrators have a short-lived signed private preview and may approve, reject with reason, hide, delete or restore according to the workflow. Hidden media is removed from public access and public cache is revalidated.
5. Grounds for action
- Illegal content or authority order.
- Breach of Publication Rules or Terms.
- Fraud, impersonation, false business or misleading information.
- IP, privacy or personal-data infringement.
- Security risk, malware, phishing or spam.
- Plan-limit circumvention or technical abuse.
- Lack of required rights or refusal to cooperate with reasonable verification.
6. Notice and reasons
Where appropriate, the Platform informs the content owner of the action, main reason and available appeal route. Decisions are logged. Information may be limited where disclosure could compromise security, an investigation or a legal obligation.
7. Reports and knowledge of illegal content
When a sufficiently precise notice identifies content and gives grounds to consider it potentially illegal, the Platform reviews it without undue delay and takes proportionate action where required. Manifestly abusive or bad-faith notices may be restricted.
8. Appeals and restoration
The content owner may use the Platform appeal process. A reviewed decision may lead to restoration if technically possible and no other ground for restriction remains.
9. No endorsement
Approval, review or absence of removal is not a guarantee by the Operator of legality, quality or accuracy. Advertisers remain responsible for their content and business activity.
