Reporting a Violation of Platform Rules

1. Purpose

This procedure covers content or behaviour that may breach the SCT WebCare 360 Terms, Publication Rules or Platform policies without requiring the reporter to claim that the conduct is legally illegal.

2. Examples

• False commercial information, spam or wrong-category content.
• Obviously irrelevant images or videos.
• Unsupported technical or environmental claims.
• Attempts to bypass plan limits.
• Abusive behaviour, fake reviews or unfair manipulation on the Platform.
• Content outside permitted categories or professional standards.

3. Form

The form should identify the content, provide a category and explanation, allow evidence attachments and provide a contact email. A case number may be assigned.

4. Review and action

The Platform may take no action, ask for correction, limit visibility, hide, suspend, delete or restore content depending on severity. A potentially illegal matter may be routed to the DSA illegal-content process.

5. Timing and appeals

The Platform aims for prompt acknowledgement, ordinary handling within 7 days and complex handling within 14-30 days. A decision affecting a content owner may be appealed under the appeal procedure.
