1. Purpose
This procedure lets any person or entity notify the Platform about a specific item of information they consider illegal. It is designed as an accessible electronic notice-and-action mechanism under the Digital Services Act.
2. How to report
Use the “Report illegal content” form on the Platform. If the form is temporarily unavailable, the official contact channel may be used with the information below.
3. Required information
- Precise URL or identifier of the content.
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why it is considered illegal.
- Category or legal basis if known.
- Name and email of the notifier, except where applicable law permits omission in a particular case.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete to the notifier’s best knowledge.
- Useful evidence where available.
4. Examples
- Fraud, phishing, malware or fake payment pages.
- Business impersonation or fake profiles.
- Copyright, trademark or image-right infringement.
- Unlawful disclosure of personal data.
- Hate, incitement to violence, terrorist content or child sexual exploitation material.
- Illegal products/services, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs or unlawful financial offers.
- Other content contrary to applicable law.
5. Processing
A report may receive a case reference and status. The Platform assesses precision, urgency, whether temporary hiding is needed, whether more information is required and whether specialist review is needed.
High-risk urgent matters are prioritised. As operational targets, first assessment may occur within 24-48 hours; ordinary reports are generally reviewed within 7 days and complex cases may require 14-30 days. These are service targets and do not limit faster action where required.
6. Possible actions
- No action where the notice is not substantiated.
- Request additional information.
- Hide or remove content.
- Suspend an ad, media item, profile or account.
- Preserve evidence and refer to an authority where legally required.
- Restore content where a restriction is no longer justified.
7. Information and appeal
Where legally possible, the notifier receives general information about the handling of the notice and the affected content owner receives the main reasons for action. Moderation actions may be appealed under the Platform appeal procedure.
9. Data protection and abuse
Notifier data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Bad-faith, automated or harassment-driven reporting may be limited and logged for security purposes.
